Cancellation Policy

CLOTHEX APPARELS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

CLOTHEX APPARELS does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

In case of any Refunds approved by the CLOTHEX APPARELS, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

What is the Shipping Policy of Nexch India ?
We personally ensure that every delivery from The Nexch is processed under excellent condition and in fastest time. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a safe and sound state.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The tentative delivery period is 4-5 working days. However, the actual delivery time may vary due to unexpected circumstances.
Do you apply any shipping charges?
We provide free shipping on all orders. If you choose COD payment method, there are nominal cash collection chargers i.e. Rs. 59 for every order.

What to do if I forgot my password?
Go to the “Log In” button then click on ‘Forgot Password’ option and you can reset the password with the link sent on your registered email id
How long the refund procedure takes?
The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product with a valid reason for return and QC approval. Once initiated, the amount will be credited to your account in the next 7-10 working days
Do you accept bulk order?
Yes, we do accept bulk order.
Is there any trial then purchase option available?
